★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good accommodation. Well connected location. Bank, market, atm, hospital and all day to day amenities are available. Friendly staff. Good food. Thanks for the free unlimited wifi. The best part is price which includes fooding and accommodation in a very lower rate as compared to the other pg and hostels nearby. Highly Recommend for students and single professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good and made by them at home.. u can eat as much as u like.. it has good.. wifi and it's very close to the metro and busstop.. ATMs are near by and all the basic commodities are easily accessible within 100 mtrs.. study table is provided and it is budget friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner sunil will tell that the rent will be rs 7500 per month. But you have to negotiate the rent to rs 5000 or rs 5500 with him. Because there are so many boys paying rs 5000 and rs 5500 depending on how you negotiate the rent before shifting in the p.g..if you won't negotiate then be ready to pay rs 7500 per month (amount quite high with respect to the rent other guys paying in this P.G.). There are some guys living in this pg and paying Rs 7500 also, the reason being they couldn't bargain thinking that rs 7500 [for room + electricity charges included + 3 times meal+ 2 times tea (water comp in tea will be 85 %)] is not a big deal for them living in Delhi.
I won't say that the guys paying rs 7500 here at this pg are trapped. But someone pls tell me... Is it fair to take s 7500 per month from some guys while Rs 6500 from some other bunch of guys, and Rs 6000 from some guys and even Rs 5500 per month from few individuals living in the same pg?
Despite that I must say that this PG is the best in Munirka where you find good staffs and get overall kind of good food(I mean the food here is not good but it's better than that of other P.G.s), good and well maintained rooms, hiegienic and clean washrooms..if the rent they charge from guys are equal for everyone.
I would rate 5 (out of 5) star for the location of this P.G. as huge munirka market, so many Studying libraries and Metro station(Magenta line) are at walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most insensitive and unprofessional PG I have ever encountered. Firstly, they claim to be fair and extremely pro-students but what they really are, is money-minded. We went there two days to book a room and while the owner promised everything to be ready in a while, also giving us a date to shift. At the last moment, just two days before we had to shift in, he stopped picking up calls and then just 'informed' us that some broker had already booked the rooms and that no room was available. Disgusted by such greedy people who can't show a bit of integrity and professionalism.
