★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asks for unnecessary EXTRA CHARGES. Too RUDE staff. Take you for a fool. My FIBER request pending from last 24 days and they are not working on it. Everytime I call them they say that they haven't received my request so they can't work on it while the Excitel says JDCN has received the request. 30+ calls to executives and still no resolution.
Update: After 28 Days they closed my request without even telling me why.
