The staff is very polite, humble, knowledgeable and well behaved.
We have interacted with staff bearing no. 27 at the Blazer section on 3rd floor. He has fantastic customer acumen. He understands the requirements of the customer very well and advices them nicely.
However, Jaihind has to review their return policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of this store for quite a long time and my experience with stitching and alteration is worsening every time. While purchasing the clothes, they promise to give you fine fitting but the tailor is too lazy to stitch. Some of the shirts that I had put for fitting were not even touched by the tailor till the delivery day and when he finally did, he did a terrible job. For most of the clothes I purchased from Jai hind, I had to visit the store more than thrice to get it done correctly. So only shop from here if you have enough time to waste. The store may offer wide variety of clothes but the pathetic tailoring services make all of it futile.
