★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad service. The salesman not responding properly. I have regular Customer since 2014. I come to here for my scoter service at 9.15 am and gatekeeper mark my number at 6 but till now my number is not coming. The other's vehicles which are coming after me has gone after services. How it is possible that who comes after me have completed their services. The staff favours/obliged their relationships. Every time it's a very Bad experience.

But staff at the bike servicing is not so good with the customer.... if the customer have any confusion with the policy of the company then the staff do not try to make them understand politely and effectively.... They are like " bhaiya guarantee deta hu kahi b koi b kr ke de apko ye to mera naam badal dena " ... I hope owner or manager will work on it ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately i bought a bike from here on cash , its like they are working for sbi not for hero , no response from any representatives they all are just busy in talking to each other . . the worst part .. i have paid the total amount in cash then also i waited for long 3 hours there for my bike dilevery . pathetic , if you are willing to buy a bike from here , just don't . please save yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff behavior was very bad no one was talking properly and i don't know who mr sachin is he didn't have any sense to talk it is my fault i went to this showroom because the employees here have to work Don't know how to do it, they don't care about customer dissatisfaction, trust me guys, after servicing here, I have got my bike serviced again after 5 days, please don't go here. Going here is just a waste of your money and time.

Because of all this, that name is getting very dirty . Specially you should meet Mahtab, he should learn to talk politely
