In many of their old busses ac don't work properly , sittings are not comfortable, windows in busses are jam
Also the time taken by them is more than other travels like manohar etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever bus agency. Its like JMD has lost its charm when it came newly and today its parhetic.... If u want to waste ur time then go ahead and travel with them. They took more than 6 hours in broad daylight while other buses takes 4 hours to reach patna from motihari...I wil say to owners to pls take care of such things coz ultimately u start losing ur customers who come from Delhi or some other states expecting to reach before time.
