JAI Polytechnic' is a moderate beginning in the field of education. It has long been felt that there is an acute shortage of skilled manpower in the country. It was this in view that Ishar Devi Educational & Charitable Trust was set up in December 2007 and the first decision taken by the Trust was to establish a Polytechnic. JAI Polytechnic is the consequences of such a vision.

Earlier there was only Jai Polytechnic College, but now they have opened the school also in the same building. So Infrastructure wise, for a school they have a lot of space for classes as well as other things. More than suffiecnt place to play as the playground is big enough for any kind of sports activity.
