★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubad khabad area location without sewer. Only bore water they will provide. No bank can give u finance there. Only some financer will give... If you came from poor village area then only proceed to buy. As your neighbors will be same... In rainy season u will suffer alot there bcoz of road. All buildings are very closed to each other in all of govindpuram area. Very worst area. If u have some comfort class. Thn forget about these govindpuram builders & dealers. Bcoz they will tell u so many lies frm start to end.. so besafe. And look for flat in some other good location... I told u all hidden facts here. So very clear now to understand about this area.. thx.
