bought KAFF 3 burner HOB for app. Rs.20 thousand. Six weeks later the knob caught fire while in use. Called the technician ( Vikas Gulati) who told us that we may have spilled liquid on it and it is our fault. Please consider this while buying KAFF that it is likely to catch fire if you spill liquid while cooking or cleaning.
Called Jain store for help and a copy of bill as the company wanted bill before entertaining the complaint. He said their bills don't have customer name and he cannot locate or give a copy. It was our fault that we misplaced the bill.
Poor attitude from company and dealer towards the customer.

Parking can be a problem during peak hours.
