Quality and furnishings are very poor

Very poor no facilities for customer like air conditioner in this Scorching summer I would not recommend to visit the shop.

Exceptional collection must visit once

Worst experience ever ... wish I could rate them in negative.. please please beware of this place. I am consolidating all the factors which might make you a responsible citizen and ask them to shut their place : 1. No pricing is mentioned on the displayed furniture ( the sales person also asks the head ) it is changed as per the customer ( Especially you are told higher prices of you are from IOCL Mathura , in my experience ) 2. Customer service ,they have very less no. Of sales person to assist. Also the present ones are not capable to guide you or even listen to your requirement . I have waited 2-3 hours ..and in the end they have provided 15 mins assistance .And this is just store experience . They over commit in terms of delivery of any item . Them calling and mentioning that there could be any delay is not even a question here. If they respond to your calls itself feel yourself lucky. 3. Billing experience , they do not provide any invoice against your order . Even if you pay through UPI , they don't provide any business account information for their shop . I had to transfer to an account ( not a business account ) provided by them . Which means they don't pay tax .But they surely do charge tax from theirs customers . BEWARE ! 4. Delivery experience : Ahh.. I might burst writing this. Our selected furniture's glass work was damaged at time of selection so they told they'll replace the glass work with a new one then deliver to us . Fu**rs delivered the damaged piece it self . Also committed the lighting work to place which they didn't do. Also the delivery people were rude and charged us heavy for installation and placement of furniture . They also damaged the furniture while doing so . 5. Product quality : In the end , after bearing so much of it let's talk if the products are good . Well they are very Average . With minor movements itself the joints seems loose of the furniture .Need more time to completely comment on this but the thing is sure that it's not 'A' grade product ( I would rate it 2.2 /5 in terms of quality ) It is easy to sleep on floor rather than to get a furniture from this place and sleep on it ! Jain furniture if you could read this : Please don't disappoint customers to this extent !

Quality of table was average which is purchased by yourshop Finishing was not proper And they also not provide bill of purchase... So be aware gentleman and women

Very bad quality. It started damaging within a week. And they are not receiving call or replying the message.
