Their vehicle got break down on the way and they are faulting the customers for that. They guided wrongly for the routes and drivers are not at all co-operative. At the time of booking, they were saying that every places will be covered, but on the way they denied to go to that places.
Despite of sending another vehicle in place of breakdown vehicle, they are faulting the customers and denied to go further places and left the customers on the way.
Never book taxi from Jain tour and travels. They does not deserve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude driver! We hired an innovaWe had a talk with the agency with the rate of rs11.5/km.. after the trip they denied and took money by the rate of rs12/km. This is sheer cheating. Also they charge you office to office.
