★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.Bought a Morphy Richards juicer from jainsons.When tried to use it at home found it to be defected.When asked the owner of the shop to either exchange or repair but he Jodid not entertain.They are big cheaters.Firstly they charge goods at exorbitant prices and give u defected piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a decent store. I had a concern with my food processing machine I got from them. It stopped working within the first month itself. And somehow I had lost the warranty card as well.
So, I have to pay full charges for getting it fixed. My major points here are two:
1) did they hand me over a faulty product itself
2) even if the warranty card is not there, they should have been able to find out that I got the food processor just a month back.
