★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudsters, Jaypee don't know the corruption termite has been prevalent there in each and every employee who work in his company. Even in a flat registry they are trying to make money. SC case still going on, possession of wish town have been late by 10 years now, flat quality is low. Many amenities are missing but maintenance charges are decent enough. Sad state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder tried his best to establish a well planned township. If it gets completed then there is no comparison in noida for this township. But due to some reasons the builder is not able to complete the project. Most of the investors are in trouble. The case is in court. But some investors has taken the possession of their flats. They are happy they don't have any problem. Let's see what happens next. Hope for the best for investors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good soceity except the lack of connectivity...as it is located inside the Jaypee wishtown because of which local auto rickshaws or food stalls are not allowed in this area. But this place is pretty good if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Metropilitan city. You will enjoy a very peaceful time when you visit this place. The wishtown has Jaypee Public School, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Jaypee Hospital, Jaypee Pavilion Court, Jaypee Krystal Jaypee Golf Course and the Office of the Jaypee Group. SO it's a very well maintained place with lush green environment and proper cleanliness throughout the Jaypee Wishtown of sector 128, Noida.
