★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Rajasthan from Mumbai and the travel agent vouched for Rajastali Cottage industry shop to be the good place, but my experience is that the sales staff are very sugar coated only until you purchase. I have purchased 2 pairs of slipon shoes. When it was being packed I told and insisted that the sales person had packed the left foot size 6 and right foot size 8. I requested and also insisted tem yo check but they didn't oblige. When I reached Mumbai and checked... I was right.... Now the numbers are not reachable and I have lot my money... PLEASE DON'T TRUST THE RAJASTALI SALES PERSONS... THEY CHEAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a huge place and if you take a guide for the Amer fort they will ensure to get you here. The staff here sing a lot about their quality and anything you buy here is actually expensive than that in the market. A funny incident happened, the staff offered us tea only after we selected and kept aside 2 quilts!!! That's how they are.
Coming to the quality of the quilt, it is extremely warm though it is of light weight which is good. Easy to fold and store as well. They promised that no bubbling issue will happen on the fabric, but just with 2 months of usage the thready effect came on the fabric and the white colored filling pops out which you can literally pull out of the quilt. There is no way you can raise a complaint or exchange, you will have to live with it! So wouldn't really suggest buying anything from this place. Explore the local markets instead.
