★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cannot recommend this taxi service at all, especially for foreigners.
- They promised a new Etios cab, our cab was old, dirty, broken.
- The driver was not punctual. (Half an hour early and then pressuring us to leave asap.)
- The car had broken front shields, no safety belt in the back (in the front it had but driver not using it), engine was not starting only if car got pushed, breaks were not working well.
- Driver spoke no English at all but also no will of communication, he was on the phone all the time, most of the time he had no hands on the and sometimes even feet in the air, not near the pedals. He also didn't wear a mask, even though we did, out of respect for him.
- Driver was rushing, 100 mph, if you know Indian roads, that's a lot. He seemed to be stoned. Because of him coming early and the rush, we arrived to our next place hours before we could check in. Meaning standing with our luggages on the street in 40 degrees midday. At the same time I was happy when I could get out of the car.
We did not feel comfortable or safe at all and cannot second the good reviews here.We have traveled to India numerous times, are aware of the differences, but we've also seen many bad accidents on Indian roads. Safety should not depend on culture! In comparison to other services we've used, this was much worse.
The driver decided to hit a guy purposely because he was not moving fast enough out of the way. I have no words for this. Driver is in teenage years but that might explain but doesn't justify this behavior.
Also communication with the agency was difficult, they asked for the same details over and over again, even though we sent it also in writing more than once. Constant unnecessary phone calls, it was like harassing! I wish I could give 0 stars.
The owner claims we never booked the service, as he did in casd of all negative reviews. This is a LIE (CHUTH), be very careful with this business. We even found and contacted them via Googlemaps, so no mistake here. We have proof of communication, photos and videos, and will take necessary steps.
Don't believe the good reviews, don't book with them!

Booked a cab from Delhi to Jaipur.
Good things: we were able to book a cab less that 24 hrs in advance.
Was relatively easy to book it using WhatsApp and a call.
Bad things: The car was smelly.
The car was old. We ask the driver to make a bathroom stop and the car broke down. Driver had to ask for a push from parking staff.
Bad communication. Driver didn't have the drop off location which I sent them one day before. Driver didn't speak English. I managed to use an online translator to communicate with him.
The car didn't have seat belts.
Weird things: Driver was very rude. During a stop over I bought a masala chai for him and he didn't want it (that's ok) and didn't even thanked me (that's rude). He just told me move! Because the parking staff was going to push the broken car. He even had an upset face all the time. Like he was making us a favor.
His driving was very agressive. He drove very fast and was trying to overpass every car. He was about to crash many times. He was about to run over pedestrians in the city.
Driver was all the time on the phone. Didn't pay attention on the road.
Driver was the only one with seat belt available.
Driver's name is Ganshyam.
The whole experience was just strange.
I don't recommend it if you want a comfortable ride.
If you want to get to your destination ASAP no matter what. This is your best option.
Edit: I have proof that I talked to someone on the phone and exchanged sms to arrange a taxi with you guys. I don't need to lie.

We had delays on our side and the driver still managed to keep it within his schedule which meant the world to us. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle and the hygiene was top notch.
