★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning is good, but the maintenance staff is not good for security guards.
They don't allow the guards reading newspaper for 5 minutes in the morning but they easily allow the guards for 24 hours job after drinking alcohol.
Worst maintenance staff.
