★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The jaipur taxi service helped me in reaching to my destination without any trouble and on time. I booked twice the service in October 2021.
The cars are clean, maintained, on time and both the times the drivers are very humble. They drove with in the safe speed limit.
I arrived at Gandhi Nagar railway station at 3 AM in the night from where the operator diver, Sanjay Singh, picked me up and dropped me on time at Dhamma Aranya. Since Dhamma Aranya is at distant place, Sanjay Singh waited till the time a Ashram person comes out to pick me up.
After Vipassana course completion I opted to travel by car till Delhi and got the taxi from this provider at very reasonable cost.
The taxi driver Babu Lal, dropped me safely to my location. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi was booked based on Google reviews and rating for 1st Nov 2021 from Jaipur to Khatu shyam ji and further traveling to my hometown.
Price was finalized by discusssing my tour iternary telephonically and booking was confirmed with agreed price. I was travelling from Dubai to jaipur on 31st Oct 2021 so I finalized everything by calling from Dubai itself on 30th Oct 2021.
However, I spoke with Mr. Ashish on 31st oct 11PM after reaching jaipur. He told me that there was some mistakes in distance calculation so the fare is increased. I had no problem with increased fare but I would have appreciated if they would have intimated the same thing to me. But I came to know about it at last moment, which was not good gesture of customer service. Mr Ashish told me that he was very busy and overburdened with work.Being a last moment, I had to say ok for increased fare also.I shared pick-up location detailed address and received taxi and driver details.
Taxi was booked for 7am morning but I called morning 7am then driver Mr Ramotar chaudhary asked me the pickup location as he did not receive the details. I told him address and he reached by 7.45 am.
Car was upgraded (dzire to ciaz), driver was soft spoken. Driving was good. Driver behavior was really good. He did not took food even we asked him 2 times. He said that he has brought home cooked food. So overall driving experience was very good. Driver did not expect any thing extra. So I would definitely recommend the taxi service and Driver Ramotar chaudhary.
They need to work on communication gap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Jaipur Taxi services was fantastic. Ashish is a very good polite person, he called me 2 days before starting of the trip. As I dont know anything of Rajasthan state, he suggested the places which need to be visited. He was always checking our comfort and any issues that we were facing and try to resolve them. Cab driver was polite and he was on time everyday. He accommodates the timings as per our requests. Driving, cab cleanliness was good. Recommend to others.
