Essentially a women ethnic store, it is really hard to find really good stuff in feasible prices. I tried to search online and offline both but in vain. Then, one of my friends suggested the name of Maaya international. The process of registering and getting approval seems a bit tiring but, later I realized that it shortlist the genuine buyers for them. Initially, I hesitated to buy the product as it seems pricey to lot of people but, I read the refund policy and decided to invest some amount at Maaya. Hoping that if I don’t like the product, I would get it refunded. However, when I received the product I realized that they are worth the price. The beautiful Hand block prints and fabric was really incomparable.
Initially, I ordered only 3 products from them as a sample and instantly, I realized that I know the place from where I have to shop for my boutique going forth. I immediately placed a bulk order of 15 products from Maaya and received the products in the specified timeline. The hand block printing, tie-dye patterns and embroidered designs of the entire product are simply mesmerizing and whimsical. My customers love their collection too and always insist on having this brand in my store. It has been more than 6 months since my initial purchase from Maaya and the relationship with the company is still going good.
The customer service representative is highly supportive and is always ready for assistance if required. if I don’t like anything and wanted to return the product, the product gets easily refunded without hassle. You just have to make sure that the product has reached them and then, they initiate the whole refund process. What I liked most about them is their clear and transparent policies. The company is one of the best online destinations for wholesale women dresses online shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed n order for Rs.1300,but still the materials are not delivered, phone also not Reachable, i m waiting for their response.if they don't respond, i have to think they are fraud n will file a case in cyber crime and will recommend others to don't give order to this vendor.
I feel most of online suppliers from Rajasthan is not genuine. Most of them are cheaters.this is 2nd time ,i got cheated by Rajasthani's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've really had a bad experience with Maaya international.They are very quick with taking orders nd money deposit but in terms of delivering goods they are not very prompt. I had bought 8 dresses from them for my exhibition out of which only 5 came first though they had committed for all.We were not even informed that only 5 were coming.After repeated calls as they don't pick the phone I was told that the material will b despatched nd will reach in 1 day as I had paid extra for fast service.But of course the material reached after my exhibition. I have full details of my phone calls made to them which is more than 50 times.They do not respond.I returned the 3 dresses that reached late to me.After returning I must have made another 15 calls to refund my money but as usual in vain, was given an answer that it's processing.They have a lot of processes and portray a big company.After lot of follow ups my money was refunded nd they terminated my account which made me feel all was my mistake but it was there's.As ive mentioned their mistakes I would also like to appreciate them.
Whatever ive experienced is definitely not as I expected but I never had any issues with the product.The dresses were really nice nd I'm sure they have taken efforts in sending me my parcel within 8 days which is not there company policy. They also helped me in refunding my money which they could have just said a no to. I had paid them full amount and if they wanted they could say that return policy is not there with them.So I guess they took efforts for customer satisfaction.There is both good and bad in my experience.But thanx Maaya international appreciate whatever uve done for me.
