Though GST is not applicable on maintenance services , SMV is charging the same.He may not be depositing it with Govt. Or may be taking credit himself on the cost of residents. No maintenance of society is being done. Occupancy Certificate had not yet been obtained and is having liability of several crores of rupees for payment to the Govt. and the flay owners.
