★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parks are available in plenty. However the society is not maintained. Buildings have seepage issue. Houses are well designed However society is structured is a haphazard manner .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its nicely built but construction is dense. not very old structures but mediocre quality is quite evident. it screams congestion..... but is secured by security personnel. gated and quite clean.

Flats are very spacious we were tenants there
Please take any flat but not K 501 the owners are pathetic , so much involvement they don't return the security.
And don't take a deal with broker Deepak please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entry to society is from the congested VIP road. About 1000 families residing here, so that makes it crowded, as per the open space and distance between towers. Markets and amenities are nearly. This is the only society in the locality which has an alternate entry from Patiala road side. Parking for guests is an issue.

Fully secured boundary wall and two entrances to society especially from Patiala toad which no other society can offer. Other benefits include big lush green park and plenty of kids play area.
