★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made this rustic looking 100% Emmer Wheat Bread Using Organic Wheat Flour from Jaivik Hind. This bread has a lovely nutty and a subtly sweet taste, absolutely no bitterness, super soft yet the perfect chewiness. Tastes heavenly with salted butter.
This is the very first time I have baked something with Emmer Wheat Flour, and I am quite happy with the outcome.
I am making this bread again - maybe will bake a sourdough from this, and would highly recommend trying out their excellent Emmer Wheat Flour. I have not tried their other products, but I am sure they will be excellent too.
