★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop in Buldhana..no good service they provide..ower is too rude ....before buying any products he treated in good manner ...but after buying not provide good service....i recommended dont buy any thing from here...i really disappointed from here ...many good shop available in Buldhana which is good seller as well as service provider....in jijamata stadium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very sad that we don't have negative level in the rating because this shop deserve -5 and only because of owner rudeness and high prices.
I have purchased a laptop of rs 57500 from here with 250gb SSD and 1tb HDD.
But after I realised that my laptop is booting on HDD drive not on SSD drive.(laptop was taking 10 mins for restart)
And when I called this rude owner for help he told me that this is what you get from the company, we did not do any thing here in the shop. And he also told me that if you want to change the partion then you need to pay 2050. And I also confirm this from Lenevo technical team they have told me that your distributor did a wrong partion while setting the laptop.
1)Ower is very rude and
2) Price of each product is high.
3) Charges of reinstall the operating system is
Rs 2050 .
In any other shop you can reinstall licenced windows for only 200 to 300 rs only
Very bad experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop in Buldhana..I bought dell laptop price 50000 and after one and half year my online class start then i am using webcam when after 4 th time webcam is not working then he take service charge and say that u take external webcam meana only 4 th time using webcam not working also internet issue in laptop

But m'God... This is WORST SHOP TO BUY FROM in buldhana
They will talk to you merrily till you buy from this shop and but when you complain for repair they will suddenly change their behaviour to complete RUDE .
I got a wireless mouse with my Laptop and it stopped working within a month ......
I'm going to register a proper complaint on Intex website regarding this.
Plus the staff here is not qualified enough
And the owner needs to change his service & behaviour towards customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy any product from here.Firstly when u want to buys something he show Good behaviour but when u complain or you want to repair his behaviour change into rude. Bad service I buy wireless mouse and keyboard price around 2500 and 1+2 year warranty. After one year my mouse problem and i give for repair he taken delivery charges 300 rs from me he give me mouse and keyboard after around 1 month and one day call me he said your mouse is not repair if u take new mouse and keyboard you pay 450 rs only then i said no i don't pay any extra money after 2 days he call me and said take your mouse and keyboard when i go shop i found mouse is ok then he said this is new mouse but he giving me my old mouse and said you have to pay some extra money as your choice and i give him 50 rs extra lie and lie with me. so please buy from online or any other shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay we understand offline stores cant compete with online prices but there's a limit, if you find a laptop that is priced 50k online, here you'll get the same frikin laptop with atleast 10,000rs costlier and they give stupid reasons like after sales service (which after sales service costs 10k!) and for the matter of fact, their after sales service is worst in the city.
They behave very rudely and become ignorant as soon as you complaint a problem. They have very less staff and that too is underqualified because its cheap to operate. If you get your pc to repair here, expect no less than weeks of timewaste. A simple task like removing dust from pc costs 750rs (they must be paying someone to lick that dust smh)
