★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company, the delivery boy keep my courier at his house and marked been delivered to customer. When I threatened him that I will lodge FIR against him then he said I have to go his house to collect my order. Customer service is even more worse to handle complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service , an agent vikas duggall delayed the parcel 5 days since I was unavailable at home and didn't call me once since my house help insisted him to call me so that online payment can made and parcel should be delivered right away , he is so arrogant that I cled h personally since he delivered many other parcels earlier as well that it's a toy my daughter had been waiting but he said he will only deliver it on 10 and later he said I will deliver tomorrow the same thing next 5 consecutive days.
The office no. Is not working at all so taht parcel can be collected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.. their estimated time of delivery is about a week. And after 15 days I have not received my parcel. I wish I could give them a minus 100 rating. Such a bad experience. Totally frustrated with them. They not even provide a single contact number to contact them. I am very much worried about my courier.
