Asked prices of 2-3 cycle then they said Jab lena hai cycle tab aao abhi jao.?♂️?♂️

Today I purchased Hero cycle from jalaram shop. Shop is 15 km away from my home I went there only because I read good reviews on Google but it happened just opposite. It was Kandivali West shop. He didn't provide me cycle stand told me to buy from somewhere else. Cycle seat was eaten Up by rats. For that he provided me a seat cover for free. That all was OK but his mechanic is vary rude and drank he kept rear wheel but loose.. As I paid money and coning back to home breaks were not working. And chain came out many times.. I was half way to my home.. When I call him on phone and told what had happened. He told me to come back as he was going to fix the problem. But when I reach draging that useless cycle to his shop it was appropriately 7-8km.. Shop kipper was talking rudely to me.. Said you should have examined the Cycle.. He meant to say it was all my folt. Then his son said took your money back I took my money back and returned home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they have dealership of well known brands they dont provide that kind of service to you. They expect you to know each and everything and start comparing it with online market. If you are a beginner I would highly recommend you not to visit this store they will ruin your cycling experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By seeing the shop your expectations go high and the same is shown by the shop people as well.
Before buying you get good customer satisfaction but after you buy the product and you expect to deliver the cycle by them, it's a big mistake.
If you find your cycle here I request you to pick thr cycle by yourself on the same day don't wait for thier delivery they will fool you at this point, you would be show a product but when it is delivered you will get damaged or display cycle.
One more thing they sell bit high in price when compared with online and some other shops as well.
I won't recommend this shop to buy but if you find your bike, you can take a chance..
