★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good salesmanship but worst after sales service. Cycles are expensive & if we happen to go for some additional but necessary fittings then that is charged extra. And when those extra purchased items are broken due to rusting no replacements are provided. Quality of the extra fittings is worst.

The owner who makes his customer wait and pays no respect will never grow n flourish.
Also the prices of components are higher than others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder how he does his business. Total lack of interest towards customers. B4 visiting his shop at Dahisar i went to another shop in the same area and the experience was vastly different. The previous owner was proactive in explaining things. This shop owner was least interested. It was like you ask a question, you get a short answer, nothing beyond that.
Dunno whether it was arrogance or total lack of interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are wholesaler of the cycles, you can get wide range of cycles here. They are the only one in near by area so they have a monopoly, which can be seen in their price itself. Their service team is very pathetic, they don't solve your problems in one go. You will have to visit their again and again to fix your problem.
