Well maintained but no lift.
Dining in basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steps to get into the hall, steps to get down to the dining area. Can be difficult for very senior citizens. I did see a ramp from the side. Hall is nice. Width is large so central madap looks great. Comfortable seating. Valet services takes away the burden of looking for parking. AC was very effective. Nice and clean washroom. Google maps shows right location
