★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book cab from empress mall, neither cab came nor their executives picked the call. Also the booking page is too slow. Finally had to rely on OLA. For me, my first experience was really pathetic with jaldee cabs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use this service nor install the app. After downloading the app it forced me to sign in, then it delivered the otp to create an account after 45 minutes. Finally tried to book a cab, i have received not even a single booking. App says we can directly talk to CEO for queries, but he was very rude & insulted us. Dont trust these guys. Not worth it.
