★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a small veg. restaurant located just beside Malad Railway Station. You will get a number of Punjabi dishes to try out. Some of its specialities include Lassi, Dosa, Chhola Bhatia and PavBhaji. Sometimes, it becomes crowded during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Jalpan for the 1st time with my mother and had tandoori roti and paneer butter masala it is a must try tasted very nice and homely it was genuinely delicious and it was good in quantity for 1 time for 2 people for entire lunch and we took parcel also however seem that the parcel quantity was very less then expected might be in mumbai that much only is the quantity and also good hospitality the waiter was kind enoough and also asked for the feedback of the food

Zero social distancing policy.
They don't follow covid protocols.
Over crowded and they were allowing 2 different families on a single table, Opposite each other side. Never ever I have seen any of the hotel or restaurant such kind of services where some other people joins ur table while ur having food. Ridiculous
Food was not at all good, ordered matar paneer it was 1/5, pure desi ghee roti was nothing but like too oily rotis 1/5
Kesar Lassi was more like shrikhand. 2/5
Staff was not at all cooperative, cleaners were sweeping in just front of our food, we asked him to wait until we finish our dish, but he continues sweeping by just neglecting us and we were covering our food to avoid dust particles.
Overall very bad experience with JALPAN FAST FOOD.
I wish someone from BMC health workers should visit them to check how carelessly they are breaking coivd rules.
