★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small place but a good setup for new bands to go and jam. The place and the owner is cool. Good amps. Not a good drum kit though, but good enough for bands just starting out.
Really good place for an acoustic set up.
The location of the place is bit inconvenient.. It was difficult to figure out the place.
Opposite side of Hotel O2.

The place is on the rooftop of an old building.
The place is equipped with good amps and speakers and drums.
You'll need your own guitar and keyboards to practice.
Drums are already there.
The place is a little compact and is atached with a small recording studio.
The place is soundproof and charges are way affordable if you're in a band and you want to practice.
Good place but needs to expand room size.
