An amazing piece of architecture and history.
A beautiful pocket of calm at the heart of Old Delhi's mayhem, also known as Masjid-e-Jahan Numa.
The marble and red-sandstone structure, known also as the βFriday Mosqueβ
There are numerous entrance gates, but only South Gate, East Gate, North Gate allow access to the mosque for visitors.
If you're a foreigner, try going here with a guide. I've seen numerous people trying to rip off foreigners.
Worth A Visit.

β β β β β Very beautiful place with beautiful architecture youβll definitely will fall in love with the architecture there. It a walking distance from Red Fort but you also can take a rickshaw. There are 3 gates and you can keep your shoes outside for βΉ10 per shoe. You can take beautiful pictures there.

β β β β β A definitive visit if you are in Delhi. Also, if you aren't from Delhi & are here for a visit, make sure Jama Masjid is a holy place you must visit.
Situated in the heart of purani Dilli, Jama Masjid is one of the largest mosques in India. I've been here multiple times during different occasions and each time I've jusr felt really wonderful. It is always good visiting Jama Masjid.

β β β β β Nice and peaceful place. One amazing thing that you will notice Is that you are not allowed to wear shoes in your hands but you can take your shoes off and carry them in your hands. Didn't understand the logic behind but it seemed cool. The place is big enough and the market outside is amazing. Just stay away form electronic devices and gadgets as they are not even a first copy. Everything is fake. Also do bargain.

β β β β β More of tourist place than a mosque. Lots of visitors at any time of day except during prayers. Floor gets hot during summer and cleanliness is an issue. Foreigners should be beware of thugs in guise of guides. Dress fully covered due to religious issues.

Market around this place has huge number of non vegetarian food, for all foodies. If you have never visited this place, you should come here, once in your life time. This place is packed during Ramzan month. Whole night, the market is open for eating.Very beautiful place with beautiful architecture youβll definitely will fall in love with the architecture there.
