If you are in need of new hp gas connection, don't go with this agency either you try bharat Or some other provider which will be also at reasonable price. All over hinjewadi phase 1,2,3 there is only one jambhulkar agency located in phase 1 and they have agents who provide connection in phase 2 and 3 with extra 500rs over 3500rs (if u take direct connection from agency ofc). As they have the monopoly there staff and agents are rude, if u go by agents then they will take 15days to handover you connection book and receipt that too they will make u request them like anything, agents have their own businesses of providing 2,5,14kg lpg gas of puregass, indian,indane,supergas etc all black businessess for hp gas conection he provided super gas regulator.
Don't just go over the positive feedback, u also need to consider other side. I did my part of sharing my exp with this agency After all Choice is yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service ... every time I have to make 5-6 time call ....and please don't ask this agency mechanic to visit .he will never come on same day ..visited on 3rd day .....if something wrong then who is responsible ...also asking for mechanic charges ..150 rs ..per day more than 10-15 appointment income 40k +. ..why dont have free service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People and staffs are good. It's been a short journey and didn't come across any issues. However, most of the time these people don't pickup the call. Apart from this in my experience things are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is very small as compared to the population it caters to.
As per my experience, office staff is helpful but not fast enough (might be because of computer/internet speed). But the result is that it takes time to do any work.
Other than that, the location is good and there is ample parking space for peak hours as well.
Delivery people are not well behaved when it comes to home delivery. The don't even talk normally.
Overall if these things are taken care it would be very good for Hinjawadi area which is expanding at rapid pace.

Like if you want to buy a new connection the first they will tell you would be to collect the gas on your own from their godown or else they will tell you to wait for 4 days to get it delivered. Do not buy Gas stove from them. In that price range you will get excellent quality of stove in market. Installation guy during inspection will try to scam during demonstration by saying your valve is not proper and all, if you have purchased your gas stove from outside.
