★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duty hour timing for some employees are very bad. A-shift timing is 8am to 4pm neither people able to take proper breakfast nor lunch. After that B-Shift timing is 4pm to 12am omg what the hell of this timing. Who the hell has arrange these timing for the office employee and night shift timing is 12am to 8am really guys see this is the timing of these great tata company. I really want to say something to them from my deep heart. I know the employees were following these timing from so many years but there is something called humanity. My father working on SAIL there timing was really very good. A-shift is between 6am to 2pm, B-Shift from 2pm to 10pm and night shift from 10pm to 6am. See all timing is really good people can easily give time to their family and work both. I really disappointed with the Tata company timing.
