We noticed extra burnt marks all over the Cloth during the Delivery . they said they will send it to their factory to revert it to original condition , but they cheated us, they returned it back without doing anything...Liers,,Ruined our worth 4000 Rs cloth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. You can't collect clothes if you have not given it yourself. Show the bill hard or soft they are talking rules of company to give my clothes of worth 6k for 420 rs dry cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic ! Never ever give clothes for dry clean here .. they ruined my baby’s clothes wch was a silk frock. They claim they did a dry clean but whole frock got yellow stains and thousands of rupees got wasted as I can’t reuse the cloth anymore . Hand wash at home would have saved my cloth. Big cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave a shirt to be dyed complete black but got black shirt with white stitching on top, it was told to me that stiching is not dyed, they could have told me before and I would have saved ₹150 and the shirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally ruined my silk Saree which I had given. The texture of the Saree has become very rough and looks dull and they didn't even iron it neatly. They also removed the tassels of the Saree blouse and ruined it which was completely unnecessary. Pathetic dry cleaning service. It looks like they dumped my Saree and blouse in a regular washing machine instead of actual dry cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were to deliver the dry-cleaned woolens on 17th Nov 2021. When I went to pick up around 4.30 p.m. I was told it is not ready. When I said they should have called me saying it is delayed, to save a trip, no response. When I insisted I need it as it is due date the person in the shop told me delivery is after 7 p.m. which is printed on the receipt. When I reminded him that he had promised to give the delivery on 16th one day early, still I came on 17th he said he can't help. He is not willing to give me number of higher up to speak to!!! so it is all one way which suits them only. After much haggling and sitting for 30 minutes he said he is giving me the clothes but one was missing. I have a travel on 19th and need the woolens for travel, how am I supposed to manage. While leaving he told me "why don't you go to our JP Nagar outlet, it is near to you". I asked him is he saying don't come here again? He said not like that. But it left a bitter taste and me wondering should I use their services in future? is it not my choice to choose whichever shop I like to go to?"
I am visiting this particular shop for over 15 years regularly. But today's experience was a nightmare. How an employee can make or break business by their behavior, owners pls note.
