Every time I come for my appointment there is someone new to do my laser hair removal and my reasons for coming to this clinic were solely cause I would get Harvinder's personalised attention and one person would keep track of my hair growth and the progress unlike bigger clinics/brands. It is the opposite instead. Yesterday, I visited the clinic for my regular appointment and was again told that a new person was going to do my laser. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me in advance. I was extremely hesitant however, I didn't have a choice (as I have made the full payment in advance) and they told me she had 5 years of experience and so on. So I very hesitantly agreed and have never regretted anything more. The new ammature woman ran the laser over my tattoo which swell up instantly and has left my tattoo distorted and my skin burnt and I am sure it will leave a scar for life. Anybody and everybody operating the machine knows that it is not safe to do laser hair removal over a tattoo. Post the mishap I was tearing up and the woman was not ready to accept her mistake. To top it all up another woman even entered the room without knocking while I was changing and having an argument with the woman who did my laser. This is the reason why I refuse to trust a new person to do my laser every time as nobody's skin is to be compromised like this. I am extremely upset and no one till now has even bothered to call me even though I requested for a call from Harvinder. This is unacceptable and I definitely want a refund as I refuse to trust anyone at the clinic and will not compromise my skin like this anymore. This clinic is extremely unprofessional and I will not recommend anyone to go here no matter whatever the deal. The staff is definitely not certified to do perform laser hair removal.
