★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this store to buy a water pump. My requirement was to buy 1 hp tulu pump which is good in quality and can push the water up to four storied building. I will use that pump to supply water across my land for vegitation. As a novice I hardly know about the classifications of the water pump and their specifications, purposes. So, I relied on the store owner. He gave me a pump which is manufactured in 2018. However the warranty remains 1 year from the date of the purchase. While unboxing, I found water inside the pump and after testing, I found that the speed is not up to the standard which I expected. Upon visiting the store next time, and seek their opinion, or to change the pump, they responded with many arguments. I can't really blame them as I created the confusion but it is true that I know very little about a pump. So, I expected good behavior from them where the matter could have been solved as win-win situation from both end. However, at the end, they assisted me and assured me to keep the pump as they told me that the pump is good and also proved me that the pump is able to push the water up to fourth floor with moderate speed. So, I would expect a good service to fulfill my requirements.
