Positives: rooms are spacious, floor tiles and bathroom fitting are top class, big terrace area.
Negatives: structural design has major issue which is causing, rain water inside the corridor resulting in water hazard in front of flats and on stairs. No correction available yet for this big flaw. The parking space is inconvenient due to improper pillar design.
Biggest turn off is the incomplete amenities (gym building and swimming pool) which has turned into pile of garbage within the premise of this brand new apartment.
