Well maintained with good facilities..
Since from 2 years I'm staying here I felt this pg is very safe and comfortable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the pg is really good .. stayed in 2 sharing for 7k. If ur a cmr student dont stay here cuz the clg is neither close or far... so sometime u get a cab n sometimes u don't... it takes 20 min by walking so better look near clg.
The owner is nice and friendly, will give South Indian food and sometimes on Sunday will give noodles.
Over all it was really nice to stay had to shift cuz of clg distance only and also they don't switch on the lift only once or twice a day they will switch it on if we ask them. Also there's cockroaches there so just ask them for fumigation before u go in they will do it.
