Spacious flats, good community, view of lake is good, atmosphere good, parking area, power backup in common areas, multiple lifts to same flat, spacious stare case for luggage transport, kavery water supply to kitchen, pets not allowed, mosquito fogging, area to wash your vehicle with water supply, festival celebration with entry fee for food. However adjacent to drainage attracts foul smell, mosquito even at 4th floor, bare rooftop very hot for 4th floor in summer, maintenance includes only water/security/light buy pool/gym/hall costs extra, poorly maintained infra, manual lift many times kept open that causes inconvenience, no intercom, no pets, allows bachelors, pests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place very much. My family lives there. It's well mantained. It has everything thing that a society needs park, swimming pool, gym. There are two much flats. My house is in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Association" is very nosy. Cannot get any ISP apart from BSNL, Airtel or ACT.
The maintenance amount keeps going up each year, but the quality of water keeps going down.
The location is fairly silent, but not at 4-6PM (kids play at this time, bearable for the most part) and festivals (this can get annoying.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool Calm Place. The place is equipped by gymnasium, swimming pool, play arena for kids, etc. etc. All the person living here are helpful and peace loving. Even there is a nice lake view from the roof. The entire BTM 2nd Stage can be seen from the roof. Night view was awesome. And the most important is the air is not polluted. I never faced the water problem. Life is easier in JPLV. :)
