★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont pay brokerage commission to agents even after making agreement and commitments and behaviour becomes very rude after we fall into their trap. I have been trapped by them and waiting to get my money since last 3 years.They dont entertain brokers after deal gets finalized with the customer. They dont reply to emails. Here staffs are very rude. There projects are still not completed since so many years.Every year they are extending time frame for development with new excuses every time. There staffs are very nicely trained in manupulating things.
Like my comments below so that other innocent people gets beware from these scams.

Cancelled my booking due to slow development of project in 2019. Refund not done in 3.5 years. Lame excuses & dates are given on call. Pathetic. Same issue with lots of other customers as well who had posted similar reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim to give you refund with 10% interest for booked property if agreement cancelled after full payment. I booked & paid for plot in 2016. Still waiting for my refund forget about 10%.
