★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the curtains of my entire 3 bhk from them, worth Rs.3 lakhs . Paid in advance for the entire order , got delivered after 2.5 months ( they promised to deliver in 15 days).
Moreover , the curtains keep falling repeatedly , have fallen for 5 times in 2 months .
No response from the seller , worst attitude . They don't pick up calls . The technician will come to visit the site after 1 month of registering complaint .
This firm has just big name , but very poor client service . They will just sell the product , but post sales service is zero.
Beware of such sellers, they have zero respect for the customer.
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Their only motive is to make profit and no customer relationships.
The owner literally asked me multiple times to give him my phone opening the Facebook page and when I opened and asked him why, he took the phone and liked “Janata Textiles” page by himself and also added his shop as a “favourite” on my Google and just saw he also followed their account opening my Instagram without my permission. What an audacity!!
Later he repeatedly asked me to share my reviews on Google as well. Now I know why this particular shop has such a good rating on Google!
Also there’s no refund policy if you change your mind after one second of billing also. I thought of not buying the curtains from there as I wasn’t getting the right curtain rings, also I realized it’s better to buy readymade as it will save time by avoiding the stitching part. But unfortunately, I was too late to change my mind - I was still in the shop but the owner straight way denied my request.
It’s weird that such a big shop doesn’t have any return/refund policy.
Living in Canada for years, it’s very weird and disrespectful for me when I saw that they don’t consider customer satisfaction as a parameter. Their profit making and forceful reviews’ behaviour are the worst a store can have.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever purchase from here. I’ll mannered rude owner who will only make stories. He thinks he is too smart. Snatched away the phone from you and likes his fb page and adds reviews. Do not fall prey to depositing 200 Rs as service fee. Running a fraud there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Collection is good but the owner takes your phone and in the name of adding them in facebook, he actually shares his posts in FB and gives 5 star reviews on your behalf from your phone. Don't give your phone to use. No sense of ethics and customers privacy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one star is for your staff taking the mobile and giving the rating himself. These things wont help much and people will loose faith in your shop too. If you are too honest with your work ask ths customers to rate you themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go their shop, They are not Honest at all. They take money which is beyond our Imagination. 1st they don't tell you the price when you give advance they give you the total amount which is just unacceptable.
Take your phone & give rating for their shop, don't even bother to take permission.
Worst experience. We have given 1000 /- advance but still we will not do anything from their shop. Cheater no. 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for curtains, they took the order with the promise of delivering it within a week. After a week when I called, they said product was not in stock. I had to go again and choose another design. Thereafter I enquired about sofa, the owner said that he will send a guy who will take measurements and explain everything. Afterwards he will arrange everything and get the sofa custom made. He took 500/- for home visit by his guy. His sofa guy never came and he kept 500/- also. He is very amicable but has worse after sales response as he has far too many customers to attend to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order for Roman channel which delivered post 1 month of payment and again same is fallen within 1.5 month. When complaint to refix the issues they need again time of 15 days.... Very bad service... Later making stories that it is fallen as we are trying to open it.... Pathetic service, pathetic behaviour... Plz pay extra amount to someone else rather than going to janata textile.
