★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janki Hospital is one of the best women's hospital at Nashik Road. Dr. Thole is highly qualified and experienced gynaecologist. He is very accurate and prompt about his service to the patients. Hospital is hygienic, specious, easily approachable. The staff is very descent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital I choose to deliver my child.. I'll always regret my decision... Don't go by the rush, I wonder why so many people go there... Pathology team Is too arrogant.. The doctors on the other hand behave as if a woman is destined to bear pain, no one comforts you in pain.. You will probably be there just waiting for it all to be over... A casual approach to every pain you might mention..privacy is out of sight,you are just considered dead object who needs no clothes during labor. Trying for normal delivery is good but keeping a patient in pain for more than 24hrs is like risking both mother n child, and at the end just to have a c-section... Looking back it's just a business... For my post partum concerns, again the same reply was given- all is normal... When it wasn't... I risked my health n suffered well .. Hospital doesn't allow husbands in the premises & just one by stander.... A pregnant woman needs support, not allowing her husband was inhumane..
The reason they gave was covid.. Isn't the staff going home every day n coming back the next day? Won't they spread the same? A family expecting a child will obviously be more careful... I suffered well to even have post partum depression..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience . Dr don't have time to listen what the patient is saying. They are not professional at all . People go there because they don't have more options in Nashik Road. It's a place to waste ur time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Thole is very good specialist in gynaecology. Nice staff. But now a days they are also competitive with fees like other hospitals do, don't know why. Also force to do pathology test with their reffered pathologist which is not good.
Pathology agents seats inside and patients seats outside waiting giving reason of covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Thole is excellent, my family members are connected with him more than 10 years and we don't have doubt on his treatment, but the staff which manages queue is going worst, they will just tell you to come at 6pm and you have to wait till 8:30pm or 9pm, if doctor suggest any investigation then again you have to wait till 9:00pm to show reports. Counter staff don't bother about your time and urgency. Finally my wife decided not visit this hospital in future, because they kept awaited her more than 2 hours to just show reports to the doctor, she requested staff that my 1 year old baby is at home, but they were not ready to listen. Finally she came back at home without showing reports to doctor and decided that she will search another gynaecologist for further treatment. This is how the counter staff managing patients, I think they need training for proper time management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing that struck me about JankiHospital was the genuinely friendly staff. Their compassionate behaviour was in stark contrast to the behaviour I had experienced at '5-star Corporate Hospitals' Even Dr. was very patient and cooperative. My family member had registered here during pregnancy at the Janki Hospital on December, 2019, and was well taken care of throughout stay at the Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is about staff only and specifically: I don't think staff is cooperative or even honest with appointments. When contacted over phone , they said appointments for day were full already. Whereas from various sources and checked personally , they allowed to see doctor when visited in person. This confuses people who are trying to be systematic and ask for appointment over phone .and this also damages reputation of whole facility a bit even at no fault of doctor and his expertise.
