The Chief Trainer is very knowledgeable and has travelled to many south east Asian countries to train in various martial arts. The trainer visits Japan every year to learn updated Techniques and passes on the same to his students. Be it karate, MMA or weapons training this is the place to be! Even if one just wishes to stay fit and shed weight this is an apt place. Diet planning and related advice too! Highly recommended!!!!
