★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been learning Japanese language from Santosh-san and it has been a great experience. He is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thoughts into how he presents the material. His lessons are engaging, useful, and he is very patient with everyone. Classes with Santosh-san have been so worthwhile! He has an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are understandable, and always keeping it light and fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's online I do think it creates a bit of confusion but I do think the videos are helpful. I think since it's online maybe more than showing the videos it would be nice if the slides with the audio and the teacher saying it. Overall the classes are fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Japlang services because I saw a lot of 5 stars. But I the process is very slow.Initially it was said there will be 5 people/batch but there were more than 30 people/batch.We were struck in 1 lesson for more than 2 weeks because the trainer keeps on adding new people for every class and he repeats the same lesson. Im feeling really better for not paying the whole fee for N5 at one shot. I saved some money by not investing in this institute.
