The owner Mr. B L Bhatia is an ill-mannered and arrogant person and has no respect for the customers. When I enquired about Jaquar Bathware over the phone, he behaved very politely and made me believe that he has the best Bathware collection in Bhopal. He undoubtedly had a decent range but as soon as I showed up at his store he was a different person altogether. He would only allow me to take a look at the stuff if I am sure of buying it. He was in great hurry all the time and didn't even let his helpers show me the stuff properly. Despite me buying bath fittings worth 50 thousand, he behaved as if he were doing me a favor. Like every customer does, I also wanted to check all the items that I bought before leaving the shop but that man didn't let me do so. I told him, my hometown is 130 kms way from the city and something as trivial as a screw or a washer can put our work on hold for days which I couldn't afford and neither could I come back over and over in case I miss something. But he didn't consider a thing and made me literally beg. Eventually, my suspicion turned out right. Two of the items were faulty and we needed to replace them immediately.
Please beware of such cheats. Jaquar shouldn't allow such unprofessional people to be their Authorised Dealers in first place. If there's a way I could report this issue to Jaquar, I would definitely do.
