I had visited jassi de parathe earlier. At that time , for my bill amount was above 4000₹ so they gave me the card for redeeming the coins.
Today on Date-20-03-22 , I came for dinner. We have completed dinner and bill was generated so i went to receptionist because i have that card for redemption. But the receptionist told me that you card can not be redeemed because you have not given number before bill generation...How am I supposed to know that i was supposed to show the card before bill generation. The receptionist behaviour was too bad. he didn't redeem the coin and also when i told him to keep that card...he took it and kept that in desk for himself. Do you tell your receptionist to keep this kind of bad Etiquette ? I had very bed experience.I would never recommend anyone to go to jassi de parathe because of that behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t expect such terrible hospitality from Jassi de Parathe. Agreed we reach after 2:30pm for our lunch and they asked us to order in once as they have to close the kitchen around 3pm.
But what shocked us was to see how much in rush the staff was to get done with us..they literally served us pulao even before masala papad and main course. On requesting them to plz serve pulao after paratha as they’ll get cold and we’ve just begun lunch, the manager wasn’t even welcoming enough to align to request. I wish you guys learn to say no in taking orders if you’re not in position/willingness to serve with happiness.
Disappointed, okay food with terrible hospitality…

Winter is on so . We come here to try sarso da sag , maka de roti , tuvar thotha , bajari ke roti, haldi ki sabji aur juvar ki roti. Had a great experience with all but I find haldi ki sabji not good bcz there no haldi only baked garlic ?????. All and all good experience with 2 thing . Price for 1 dish is 230 ₹ each. Here parathas are best I have tried lots of.# My favourite paneer paratha . Do try it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and authentic. Patiyala Lassi and Gobi ke paratha are worth a price. Sabhji parthana and aloo paratha are not upto great taste. But looking for a proper Authentic Punjabi food and patiyala Lassi visit once. Serving and services are very nice and also management is good. Also very aesthetic.
