Jaswal Children Hospital - Pathankot

Child is the most beautiful gift a couple could ever have by the god grace. I was very scared and nervous after hearing about breathing difficulties of my new born baby. I probably may not ever be able to express my gratitude towards the special care, attention and expertise provided by jaswal hospital in ensuring my child survives. Today the smile I and family have seeing our child giggling and making our life beautiful is because of Jaswal Hospital. Thank you for being such a wonderful team.

Had worst experience of my life at this children Hospital. Doctor's appointment fee in normal cases is 200 Rs. But if you would like to jump the queue of hundards of waiting patience just pay 600 and voila you will be sent in first. That's seems fair if it's an emergency case. I really had an emergency that day since I had to travel back to Delhi in the evening. I reached their hospital around 9:30 AM and paid the emergency fee but to my surprise doctor was not there to be found & he came at 10:30 AM. I kept asking the lady standing in front desk about the doctor.The receptionist standing on first desk was total unprofessional and don't even have people skills. Don't know if she was high or something. Used their washroom it didn't even had basic heygien like soap or towel or tissue papers. Well Doctor came at 10:30 Doctor checked my child and advised few test that needs to be done in house at their lab. Wasn't carrying cash so asked to pay with card which they refused earlier but then agreed and the person incharge for payments was cribbing about it whole time. The lab technician told me the reports would be available only after 2 PM. Can't do anything about it so patentially waited for reports to come out. Reports were not handed out till 3:00. Another hour wasted. Contacted receptionist to make our appointment because we paid the emergency fee well in advance she again ignored me. I loose all my patience and raised my concern with person incharge. They argued and told me that the emergency fee was only applicable for first appointment not for another consultation. duh - another facepalm they should have mentioned it earlier but they didn't. Well after 30 minutes of argument I was sent to doctor cabin. I complained about it with doctor. Doctor too said that fee was for first consultation only & said people think by giving 600 they have purchased the doctor. I asked him they should tell people in advance about this at the time of taking fee. Doctor appologied for the inconvenience caused which I politility accepted but shared my concern with his process and people. Doctor prescribed the medicines and I went to purchase it from their in house medical store. Well another scam emerged there... My son had fever and the total cost for the medicines for that was around 450 only but doctor also prescribed food supplement and few other drugs which were about 4000 Rs. I didn't take those supplement because they were not required. I think these people needs to treat their patient as patient and not scapegoat. This was a total disasters experience as far as services are concerned. Doctor was polite & effective my son got better after one visit but this whole process was so pathetic that I took to google to rate them. If you don't have anything to do you can go there. 100 % for doctor but support staff and hospital I wish I could give them 0. They act & behalve like a government hospital. PATHETIC

Here in the hospital, children are taken care of very well.. I myself had brought my elder brother's child here, the staff here helped me a lot.

Only money matters. Very high veriation in blood test reports between in side and out side hospital. With any proper reason they keep our baby admitted in to hospital. Very bad experience.

I had worst experience at this hospital. My 8 months and 2 days old nephew was admitted here and those 6 days were nothing short of a nightmare. Doctor and hospital staff are very unprofessional and gave us no health updates. We had to constantly ask them about our baby and constantly seek advice from relatives as Doctor was giving none. We got the blood test done outside of the hospital as well and there was a lot difference in the reports. TLC was 3L instead of 1.6L and hemoglobin was 16g instead of 10g. The oxygen feeding apparatus was also not functioning proper. We discharged our baby against the will of doctor and got the reports checked at doctor anshul. Our baby was fine and unnecessarily jaswal hospital had him admitted for 7 days. Please take your baby somewhere else. This hospital has no regards for the life of a child and the financial situation of the parents.

You have done what medicine along the would not have done. Other doctors simply treat their patients with medicines but forget to do the most important thing which you do – help them to move on with their lives with motivating words and inspirational thoughts. Continue to be a blessing to others through your profession. No words are enough to appreciate the service you do. Very bad service... They admitted without reason... In fact baby was fine..

Worst OPD experience ever. Booked appointment at 9:15AM as bookings get open at 9AM. The OPD time starts at 11 AM but till 1:30PM only 14 OPD patients were attended by the doctor. During this period Doctor was out of his office several times and no solid commitment was made by the staff regarding his return. I would suggest you to take appointment with other doctors or have a days plan if you plan to visit here.
