The 2BHK units are corner flats with two windows enabling very good cross ventilation.
A rare combination to find in Mumbai!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quoted price is very high,marketing gimmick is that roof top amenities and garden.However rooftop or terrace foot prints is always very less and 1bhk and 2bhk together are 100+ in numbers,so many with families makes overcrowding. Many people cannot enjoy rooftop amenities,garden etc due to the overcrowding.Don't know how much society will maintain rooftop ammenities.
