★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired the taxi from Jaswinder Ji taxi service for a week during our Manali trip. The vehicle provided was a neat and clean, driver was very helpful and a reliable person. The pricing for our week long trip for Kullu, Manali and Mandi Himachal was reasonable amount,considering with the state tax and motorway tolls including. I would definitely hired their services if I plan any further visit. The owner Mr Jaswinder Singh was very nice and polite. Best wishes for JASWINDER TAXI SERVICE ???

Not a good experience. Very rude and disrespectful behavior of the owner Jaswinder. Loot money by providing cheap rates during negotiation and start begging extra money during the trip by various means like refueling, parking, toll, etc. though all are covered as part of the entire negotiated package.
Most surprising part is - sending a separate vehicle for the trip which is cheaper than the negotiated price vehicle, if asked or questioned, starts humiliating the customer and threaten to cancel the service at the last moment.
His driver too has stated that he is arrogant and does not treat everyone well. He takes advantage of migrants working under him. Recently, he had to sell 10-12 cars to run his family since his business not going well due to lack of customer satisfaction, harassment among others and I wish he soon be out of business so that he understands the meaning of commitment, trust, customer service and rightful behavior to all including his employees.
Kindly avoid service from this travel agent/company if you don’t want to loose your enjoyment and hard earned money.
