★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no option for 0 star or else I would have given that, don't be considering this organisation as a good work place or a responsible one, They had my 3 round of interviews and when I asked for any updates regarding the results, they blocked my phone number and are not replying to my E-mail. Noise for such an organisation who doesn't take responsibility answering to calls regarding your results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management. I had undergone interviews before which i mentioned my expected CTC clearly and also told them it's non negotiable. After agreeing for it, i had undergone couple of interviews out of which i cleared them all. But in the end they are saying that they cannot afford the package and they found a candidate who accepted a lesser salary than mine.
I don't understand one thing that if they cannot offer the package, why should they waste my time on interviews and finally saying that they cannot afford. At the end, they played HR politics. So don't waste your time in attending interviews with this company.
