Jawed habib hair and beauty salon - New Delhi

I am from South India and last December shifted to Delhi. I wanted to hair spa and facial done before lockdown gets imposed in delhi and after reading google reviews I went to this salon today. I have lil OCD but this salon smelled fresh and they were very hygenic. Total time for service was around 4 hours. Very cooperative staff, no selling/ marketing drama of their services. The guy who did my hair was too jovial and was explaining me what ever he was doing and it was like a real pampering experience. The owner was keeping a tab on the service that was being given to me. Paddy and Manni was like a full on enthusiastic session the girl who did was real great too. No pain/ tickling and they gave me a complimentary nail art as well. Coming from different state and getting this 7 star treatment is in that expensive mall at reasonable price is worth appreciating. Ill recommend every girl or us ladies to go and experience the services of this saloon.

My experience at the salon was great. The services offered ensures good value alongwith quality. Even the staff here is quite professional, which is added bonus.

Got my hair keratin done by Zahid. And I am extremely happy with that my hair feel very smooth and shiny. The staff is very professional. I had an excellent experience and happy with the service.

I came here for a haircut and blow dry. The services were really amazing. The guy named Farhan handled my hair beautifully. I would suggest anyone coming here to get the services done by Farhan . Great guy , good professionalism. I'm beyond satisfied with the procedure.

Me and my mom got hair highlights colouring along with keratin treatment at the salon by Mr. Zahid. I overall loved the services and staff. I would highly recommend Mr. Zahid for services because of his techniques and professional attitude towards his work.

Got my hair color and keratin done. And I am extremely happy with both. It's been almost a month and I can still feel my hair quality is almost same. Mostly with keratin the frizz comes back quickly in yje my hair but so far the frizz is not back. And I wasn't asked to change shampoo and buy an expensive one. Overall, I had an excellent experience and happy with the service.

Extremely professional and clean salon. Have been visiting here for years and their service quality remains A1. Their staff is very professional and follows all cleanliness and hygiene protocols in these covid times . They always use genuine and high quality products and never overcharge me for the same. Recently my mother visited the salon for a specific hair treatment and on examining her hair texture, the owner of the store discouraged us from this treatment and instead recommended a treatment which was almost half the price but much better suited for her hair. I’ve never seen a salon go to this length to care for the customers . Would recommend 100%

This is definitely not a place if you want to get some unconventional hair colour done. I wanted to get platinum blonde/grey colour done and they left me with a bleach blonde (with excesive yellow and brassy tones). After sometime when I asked them to rectify it, they told me that it was not possible on Indian black hair. Although initially they had told me that my desired colour would be achieved. On my latest visit (which was 2 weeks after o had gotten my hair colored there), I asked them to make my hair color right because even after shampooing my hair multiple times with blue color shampoo (as advised by their "hair color expert"), my desired color was nowhere to be seen. But after a heated argument with them, they told me that they can't help me and the owner as well as the "hair color expert" started to gang up on me - the owner tried to give me etiquette lessons. I had to leave the premise as I got concerned for my safety. And, as the owner lady had challenged me to get my desired color done and show it to her, I will be attaching the pics of hair color that I got done at another salon (They did an excellent job because they actually seem to know the work they were doing; unlike the "hair color specialist" and staff of Jawed Habib salon at MGF mall). In all, a very bad experience, where I was mistreated and had to leave because I felt unsafe there. I would not recommend going there for such hair color which are not common because they don't seem to know extensive work around hair coloring (either they don't know the work or do stuff just for the sake of it) and tend to blame it all on the customer when they are not able to deliver what is expected out of them. Especially to the owner lady - she seemed to be very blasé and annoyed about the fact that I came back to them for correcting the hair color job that they had messed up in the first place. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. PS: First pic is the job done by Jawed Habib (MGF mall, Saket) - please tell me if any greyish color could be seen. It's nothing but bleached hair with massive yellow and brassy tones. And, then please see the second pic. This is what I wanted. I got it done at another salon. Jawed Habib salon at MGF mall had told me this was not possible on Indian black hair. Well, please see the picture so that you can realise that Jawed Habib staff was wrong and charged me 4k for just bleaching my hair which left me with hair color which resembled yellow corn silk.
