i got this beautiful hair cut after so long, after 10 or 12 years.
staffs are very sincere, polite and humble.
highly recommend this salon.

After spending months growing my hair, i went for a simple trim of the sides, just to get the hair out from my ear.
I have been a regular at this salon for over a year, and instead of having a regular stylist take care of me they bring me to a new employee who wasn't even wearing the uniform.
Ruined my hair completely, all that effort to grow it out is messed up just like that, i will go back there just to speak to the manager about this behavior and will never again avail their service

Poor Quality
Barber did not know proper technique, he ruined the hair shape, he trimmed uneven from the sides

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did keratin last week as per keratin procedure they should take little hair one by one but they took large portion of hair and did it within 30 min rest was the time when we have to wait for the procedure to complete. after 2 days they called me for hair wash without doing pressing again and blow dryer they washed my hair, infact one of his colleague told him to do the pressing but he was reluctant to do the same and said bluntly NO only wash is required and THE BEST PART THAT EMPLOYEE WAS ON LEAVE WHO DID THE KERATIN PROCEDURE.After one wash at home it doent seems that I did keratin, I am really upset it was not expected from very well known JAVED HABIB because same procedure I have done in 2017 at Gaur mall Indirapuram currently it is closed which was a very EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. In 2018 I did smoothing from JAVED HABIB sector 18 Noida that was also an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, But here very much UN-PROFESSIONALIZM and they are ruining the name of JAVED HABIB. Kindly groom your staff in such a manner so that these type of issues will not raise in future.

They don't know how to respect their customers never ever choose their service there are lots of saloon in same building. Thier price are high acc to others but still they don't know how to respect their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff..they burnt my hairs while smoothening and keratin ..took no responsibility after that. my hairs are still wavy and not got straight.. they are robbers...They charged me 14000 rupees and did not give service of even 2000.. after that they are harrassing me on daily basis . worst untrained and unprofessional staff named Arjun..he needs to be fired. Dont ever go to these people ..they will ruin you , hairs , your skin and will robb all your money. this place need to be shut down. after getting this experience i heard from 4-5 people also around the same experience they had with them. this salon needs to be shut down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have charged me so high for basic threading and half face wax.Not given me any bill despite of paying GST amount .They confused me at the time of payment by explaining Billing amount in so hurry.i will never ever go for this Salon again and strongly suggest not to go for beauty services without getting the justified price.
